Although many people may think that the food is high in calories when it is referred to as a Sumo wrestler's meal, it is in fact a very healthy dish with plenty of vegetables. If it is your first time trying nabe, or you want something very basic, we would recommend you to try this flavor.

Miso Chanko Flavor The Miso Chanko (Sumo wrestlers' hot pot style) is a savory miso flavored Japanese traditional style hot pot soup base blended with dried bonito, kombu kelp, and the spiciness of chili pepper. Sesame Miso Flavor

The Sesame Miso is a mixed miso of red miso and white miso based hot pot soup with a savory flavor of kombu kelp and bonito, and well-flavored with sesame paste. Using ground meat or/and pork is recommended.

Curry Flavor

The Curry is a savory Japanese curry flavored hot pot soup base blended with 15 kinds of spices, dried bonito, vegetable extracts, and sesame paste. This is not thick like Maido's curry. You can enjoy it more as a soup curry dish.

Kimchee Flavor

The Kimchee is a spicy hot pot soup seasoned by gochujang (Korean red chili paste), sesame oil, etc. It is recommended for spicy food lovers. The umami of shrimp, asari shellfish, garlic, and ginger makes the flavor richer.

Miso Kimchee Flavor

The Miso Kimchee is another spicy nabe soup base blended with rice miso, bean miso, and sake miso. It does not contain any seafood. The addition of miso makes it milder while still being spicy. It is flavored with garlic and sesame oil.

Chicken Nanban Flavor with Dashi Broth Soy Sauce

The Dashi Soy Sauce for Chicken Nanban is made with baked sardines from Nagasaki prefecture with the richness and umami of shiitake mushrooms, kombu, bonito fish, and auxis flakes. It is a soup base with soy sauce that makes chicken and negi leeks tasty.

Sukiyaki Flavor

Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese hot pot with thin slices beef, vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, shirataki clear noodles, etc. The flavor of Marudaizu (whole beans) soy sauce is combined with broth made from Hokkaido Hidaka kombu kelp to give a gentle mouthfeel. People in Japan usually use a raw egg as a dipping sauce.

Ippudo Plant-Based Tonkotsu Pork Flavor This plant-based tonkotsu nabe soup base is a collaboration product of a world-famous ramen shop Ippudo and Daisho. The soup has a mild, pork bone broth-like flavor, but without pork. It can be enjoyed by people who do not eat meat as well. You can put ramen noodles to enjoy ramen nabe! NET WT. 26.45 oz. Ippudo Plant-Based Spicy Dan Dan Flavor This is another plant-based nabe soup that is a collaboration product of Ippudo and Daisho. It has a miso-based, dandan-flavored soup with soybean paste and sansho Chinese pepper. Dan Dan Noodles are one of the most famous of Sichuan street foods. They are a spicy boiled wheat noodle dish topped with soy sauce, rayu chili oil or other sauces, pepper, minced meat, and other ingredients.
